Proctor East Africa targets bigger breakfast stake with million-dollar factory

Kenyan food processing company Proctor & Allan East Africa has finalised the Sh2bn ($19m) refurbishment of its factory in Limuru, with an eye of capturing a bigger slice of the Kenyan ready-to-eat cereals market.
